  21. 1 tablespoon ginger juice
  22. 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
  23. 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
  24. 1 teaspoon 5 spice powder
  25. 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  26. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  27. 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions to make to make Loh Mai Kai (Glutinous Rice with Chicken and Mushroom)

  1. Rinse and soak glutinous rice for at least 6 hours, then drain. (Note: This helps to soften the rice)
