  9. 1 teaspoon blackpepper
  10. Other ingredient
  11. 2 cloves garlic small chop
  12. 1 teaspoon oister sauce
  13. 1 tbs sweet soy sauce
  14. Ground black pepper
  15. 1 green pepper
  16. 1 onion (cut into strip)
  17. 1 tomato(cut cube)
  18. Spring onion (cut bit longer)
  19. Water
  20. Beef powder
  21. Cooking oil
  22. Ginger (small chop)

Instructions to make to make Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Cut or slice beef into small pieces
  2. Mix all marinade ingredient and stir
  3. Put beef into marinade about 15 minutes
  4. Heat 1tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok stir fry thee beef till beef is browned. Dish out and set aside
  5. Heat 2tbs of cooking oil again and stir fry garlic,ginger onion untill fragant. Add green peper and stir fry until smell the aroma
  6. Transfer the beef back into the wok,add little water,oister sauce,sweet soy sauce and stir fry till cooked. Put spring onion,tomato,ground black pepper and beef powder. Mix and taste it... trataaaaa dish out and serve it with Rice,,,
